Experience FlexPortals WMS in action

At our Budapest showroom, you can explore FlexPortals WMS not only through presentations but also in a demo environment that recreates real-world warehouse processes. During the demonstration, you will see how the solution supports the day-to-day running of a warehouse—from operational tasks to the information managers need. The venue is fully equipped for in-person, online and hybrid demonstrations.

For in-person system demonstrations and technical workshops

The fully equipped FlexPortals demo environment allows you to explore how the WMS works not only in theory, but also in practice.

During the demonstration, you can explore the management and operational interfaces, together with the warehouse processes most relevant to your company. The venue is also suitable for technical workshops, allowing the system presentation to be combined with collaborative process analysis and requirements gathering.

In addition to in-person sessions, online and hybrid demonstrations are also available.

Budapest location

The showroom is located in an easily accessible office building in a quiet residential area of Budapest. It can comfortably accommodate up to five participants.

Demonstration and consultation in one place

Alongside exploring the system's features, we can discuss your company's processes, specific operational requirements and potential solutions in detail.

Demonstrating real-world warehouse processes

More than an on-screen software presentation

FlexPortals WMS can also be experienced in a purpose-built warehouse demo environment. Physical equipment, labelled storage locations and operational user interfaces work together to show clearly how actions performed in the system relate to processes on the warehouse floor.

Realistic processes

Our demonstrations feature typical warehouse scenarios based on real operational requirements and experience gained from previous implementation projects.

The system in practice

Participants can not only explore the interfaces, but also follow step by step how the system supports specific warehouse operations, data capture and process control.

The demo environment can showcase, among other things:

  • the use of mobile terminals
  • order preparation and picking workflows
  • barcode identification and labelling
  • shelving and pallet storage management
  • tracking inventory movements and managing storage locations
  • the use of warehouse information displays and management dashboards
Modern presentation infrastructure

Technical facilities for in-depth system demonstrations

The showroom's equipment allows the different areas of FlexPortals WMS to be demonstrated as part of a single end-to-end process. The demonstration can cover everything from management dashboards and operational workstations to mobile terminals and self-service solutions.

Presentation technology

A large-format projection screen, projector, dedicated information display and presentation equipment ensure that the system's features can be demonstrated clearly.

Workshop facilities

A flipchart and whiteboard are also available, allowing the session to include collaborative process planning, process mapping or a technical workshop whenever required.

Specialised demo equipment

An Andon display and a touchscreen kiosk terminal allow management dashboards, operational interfaces and self-service applications to be viewed on real devices.

Hybrid demonstrations

Join in person or online

Selecting a warehouse management system often involves colleagues from multiple departments, sites or even countries. Our videoconferencing system enables both on-site and remote participants to take part in the same system demonstration or technical workshop.

Videoconferencing system

A remotely controllable camera and conference audio system support fully online sessions as well as hybrid demonstrations combining in-person and remote participation.

Connecting multiple locations

Managers, decision-makers and operational staff at different locations can participate simultaneously, ask questions and contribute to the discussion.
